BId Packages - Frequently Asked Questions - GCSU

For 14 years, Bulldog Baskets has been THE source for Bid Day gifts.  You can count on us to have the perfect gift for your daughter.

• Pre-ordering is an option again this year and we encourage you to call early.  We are also available to answer any questions you may have about Bid Day Gifts.  Everyone on the Bulldog Baskets staff is available to assist you.
• To pre-order, you’ll tell us all  pertinent information (your name, address, your daughters’ name, cell phone, etc.)— everything but the sorority she pledged.  You will also give us your credit card information at this time.  Your card will be charged at a later time and will NOT be charged unless you contact us with sorority information.
• Select the products you want and we will fill the order based on the sorority she pledges.  Bid Day Packages usually contain a photo album, picture frame, notepad, cup, and a pen.  The album and frame are high quality keepsake items. Please be aware that Bid Day Packages can vary by sorority. 
• If you pre-order, please call or email (recommended!) on Bid Day with the sorority she pledged.  We highly recommend emailing.  You can click on “contact us” from our website and send in your information.
• The  Bulldog Baskets' staff will be accepting orders until 4:00 on Bid Day, August 11th. Orders can be placed after that time, but will be shipped and you will be charged a shipping fee.
• For online orders, please type in your daughter's residence hall information.  Select the GCSU Campus option for FREE delivery.   Yes, we mean GCSU Campus!  It's our only free delivery option and we will know where it should go!
• We  will notify your daughter about her delivery via phone, text or Facebook message based on the information you give us when ordering.  Please be patient with us as we do this.  She is free to check at the front desk of the dorm if needed.
